Perhaps you suggest they meet up for lunch, dinner or drinks in an active part of town or city to finish things up. In the meantime, you can do some sightseeing.

Of course, work is important it is a priority, but despite the challenges and pressure, business travelers still manage to slip in a little enjoyment whenever achievable and make their every trip enjoyable.
